is-potential-custom-element-name checks whether a given string matches the PotentialCustomElementName
production as defined in the HTML Standard.
To use is-potential-custom-element-name programmatically, install it as a dependency via npm:
$ npm install is-potential-custom-element-name
Then, require
it:
